All forms should be e-mailed or faxed to each individual reporter.  Contact info is
located on the CONTACT REPORTERS page. You will be contacted about payment
arrangements, which MUST BE MADE before delivery deadlines will be  honored.
APPEAL transcripts to be paid with CJA-24 FUNDS:







* Please Note:  Original signatures are required for payment on the CJA-24 forms.  
They must be mailed or hand delivered -- no electronic or faxed signatures allowed.
NON-APPEAL transcripts to be paid with CJA-24 FUNDS:

There are two types of transcripts -- NON-APPEAL and APPEAL.
There are two ways to pay for them -- PRIVATE FUNDS and CJA-24.
Determine which section below applies to your situation
and fill out all forms in the applicable section.
